Ok staff extremely streched very disorganized in restaurant

Very poor toilets cramped room

The amazing view and service. The restaurant is fine and gourmet. And loved the whirepool open all night long. The employees are professional and gentle.

A bit tricky navigation inside hotel

expensive but fair value for money.The big problem for the elderly people is that it is located on a sharp hill with no easy connection with the center of the town.

A lovely hotel with a panoramic view of the city. Staff very professional and attentive. Very service oriented. Restaurant excellent. Location can be somewhat inconvenient and not close to public transportation thus necessitating quite a "hike" up the hill or steps.

A lovely old building offered a very nice and unique two floor junior suite with historical details. Balcony with breathtaking view was nice bonus. Staff was excellent, the restaurant was charming and gym with saunas were good to visit. We enjoyed!

This is not a luxury hotel Rooms are basic and very small, bathrooms are very basic Nice staff but poor service - very ad hoc - with no idea of what a luxury or 5 star service is very disappointing

Extremely polite and helpful staff and management - nothing was a bother and they would go over and beyond to assist.

Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the city of Lyon. We were offered a welcome drink on arrival, and a plate of fresh fruit was delivered to our room the same evening at no charge.

Hard to find the gym. Shower could only be used while kneeling in the bath. The elevated location is an attraction but it does mean climbing 200 steps to reach the hotel from the town!

Restaurant over-rated. Quality service but it was a dated approach and the menu and food was not what I would have expected ........ good but very traditional

Romantic hotel. Nice touches. Still retain the relics of the old monastry.
